Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project plans for clinic implementation at new sites, including land procurement and installation of FF&E.
  • Design and plan facilities layouts to ensure safe and effective performance of medical clinical staff and clinical operations support staff.
  • Oversee ongoing and recurring real estate permitting, licensing, and renewals.
  • Evaluate and select vendors for implementation and ongoing maintenance of clinics.
  • Implement a preventative maintenance schedule and oversee the day-to-day general maintenance and repair of all HHB property, plant, and equipment.
  • Supervise, prioritize, motivate, monitor, and evaluate the work of direct reports.
  • Negotiate and supervise contract maintenance services for effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with local vendors for property, plant, and equipment maintenance as required.
  • Ensure all equipment remains in proper working order and compliance with standard operating procedures and safety standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to assist with professional development of direct reports.
  • Support the maintenance and support of equipment and software.
  • Communicate across departments.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years vocational or technical course work.
  • Five years progressively responsible experience performing skilled maintenance and repair work on commercial buildings and grounds.
  • 2 years supervisory experience.

  • Experience with land acquisition.
  • Experience with initiation of facility licensing and permitting.
