At East West Family Of Companies, we're seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to provide exceptional massage therapy services to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a positive and friendly attitude, upholding the highest standards of quality, service, and timing.

Duties include:

  • Ensuring internal and external guest satisfaction
  • Upholding departmental standards of exceptional quality, service, and timing
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout spa back of house areas and spa treatment rooms and facilities
  • Monitoring and ensuring all equipment throughout the spa back of house areas and spa treatment rooms is in proper condition and good working order
  • Mandatory participation in all Spa activities, events, and promotions
  • Maintaining monthly performance goals as set by the Spa Director to include guest retention and recommended retail homecare for each guest
  • Being an advocate for Viceroy's Vision, Mission, and Initiative of The Spa and its operations
  • Reporting all deficiencies, maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to supervisor immediately
  • Maintaining organization and exceptional detail orientation in all work areas
  • Assisting with and supporting all operational tasks and duties to ensure fluent and flawless operation on a daily and on-going basis

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including some nights, weekends, and holidays. The pay rate is up to $ per hour (inclusive of commissions). We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and development.
