Viceroy Snowmass, a luxurious resort in Snowmass Village, CO, is seeking a skilled Lead Massage Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for organizing and facilitating all training and certifications for massage therapists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and facilitate training and certifications for massage therapists
  • Identify and assist colleagues with training
  • Maintain and update massage therapist modalities list
  • Participate in all spa activities, events, and promotions
  • Lead therapist is the voice and spokesperson for all therapists
  • Advocate for Viceroy's Vision, Mission, and Initiative of The Spa and its operations
  • Conduct or assist with professional massage product and supply inventory
  • Assist with the hiring of new massage therapists
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge of The Spa and Viceroy Hotel Group
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to give insights on how to better the spa experience for our guests
  • Previous hotel spa experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • CPR/FA Training preferred
  • State of Colorado Massage Therapy License
  • State of Colorado Massage Therapy Personal Liability Insurance
  • Spa treatment vendor certifications to train as applicable
