As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for organizing and facilitating all training and certifications for massage therapists. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining and updating the massage therapist modalities list. You will also be the voice and spokesperson for all therapists, advocating for Viceroy's Vision, Mission, and Initiative of The Spa and its operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting or assisting with professional massage product and supply inventory. Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and facilitate all training and certifications for massage therapists
  • Maintain and update massage therapist modalities list
  • Be the voice and spokesperson for all therapists

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Previous hotel spa experience preferred
  • CPR/FA Training preferred
  • State of Colorado Massage Therapy License
  • State of Colorado Massage Therapy Personal Liability Insurance
  • Spa treatment vendor certifications to train as applicable
