We are representing a manufacturing group that is rapidly growing throughout the GA and the USA.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager who is looking to grow within an organization and who will work alongside the Senior VP of Operations.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop, implement and manage our enterprise quality standards (EQS) to ensure compliance with industry standards, particularly ISO 9001.
* Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with the established EQS.
* Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement quality improvement strategies.
* Provide training and guidance to staff members on quality standards and procedures.
* Monitor and report on key quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Liaise with external stakeholders, including suppliers and auditors, to ensure all aspects of our operations meet the highest quality standards.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes related to quality standards and ensure these are incorporated into our EQS.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing quality standards in the finance industry.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
* Proven experience in conducting audits and implementing quality improvement strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to staff members.
* Proficiency in using quality management software and other relevant IT tools.
* Continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
