A Store Manager at ACE Cellular Inc. - a Wireless Zone Retailer, is a leader who excels in a fast-paced environment. As a master of leadership skills, you will build and inspire high-performing teams of unique individuals who deliver positive experiences for customers. Your responsibilities will include fostering a culture that maintains a safe and enjoyable workplace, scheduling sales teams, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture that helps us maintain a safe and enjoyable workplace
- Be an active participant in all required meetings, trainings and conference calls
- Scheduling sales team based on business needs
- Maintain the highest standards while interacting with our employees and customers
- Meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals
- Hire and develop a high performing sales team
- Store merchandising and inventory
- Operational excellence of the store entrusted to you
- Community engagement and localized events
Candidate Requirements:
Preferred two years sales experience but will train the right applicant. Demonstrates leadership ability with at least two years of experience in a business setting and at least three years of experience in customer-facing retail sales environment selling customer solutions.
