Crew Member Job Summary
This is an entry-level position at Cold Stone Creamery in Westerly, RI, where you will have the opportunity to develop valuable customer service and teamwork skills. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting customers, preparing and serving ice cream products, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers, assist customers in selecting products, prepare and serve ice cream creations, handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations, manage customer transactions, ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Store Operations: Assist in opening and closing the store, maintain a clean and organized work environment, restock products and supplies, follow food safety and hygiene standards, support inventory management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other crew members, communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, assist in training new crew members.

Salary Range: $12-$15 per hour
