As an Insurance and Financial Services Advisor with Chris Obear - State Farm Agent, you will effectively promote financial solutions that address everyday risks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement a customer-centric, needs-based evaluation process to inform clients about insurance alternatives.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and present suitable products and services.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to obtain necessary financial service licenses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service capabilities.
- Preferred experience in achieving sales targets.
