At Sunrise Senior Living, we are passionate about providing quality care to our residents. As a Caregiver Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities:- Provide supervisory support to Care Managers, ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality care to our residents.
- Support team members in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services to residents, including bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Assist with meal service in the dining room, ensuring that our residents receive excellent hospitality.
- Accurately document care and services provided to residents, reviewing care manager documentation throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with Sunrise's Timekeeping and Meal/Rest Period policies, monitoring team member break schedules and durations.
- High School diploma or GED strongly preferred and may be required per state regulations.
- Ability to read, write, communicate effectively with Care Managers, Community Managers, residents, and family members.
- Previous experience working with seniors and a desire to serve and care for seniors.
- Leadership competencies, including the ability to delegate assignments, make choices, and act in the residents' best interest.
