As a Property Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily functions and administration of various properties, engaging directly with tenants and property owners. This role is crucial in maintaining the property’s condition, ensuring tenant contentment, and optimizing financial outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Analyze local rental markets to determine competitive rental pricing by assessing overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit objectives.
  • Manage the leasing process, which includes marketing vacancies, securing referrals, showcasing property features, and conducting property tours.
  • Evaluate potential tenants, draft lease agreements, and assist with financial statements for property owners.
  • Ensure tenants are well-informed about the terms and conditions of their lease agreements.
  • Implement occupancy regulations by upholding lease agreements.
  • Collect rents, fees, and other charges from tenants while addressing any tenant inquiries in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a property management capacity is required.
  • Preferred certifications in property management or real estate.
  • Familiarity with LIHTC/HOME programs and REAC inspections is advantageous.
