Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Senior Analyst to join our team at Kimberly-Clark Careers. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in managing freight payment, returns, and refusals for our domestic transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze data and information to develop action plans to provide accurate and timely reporting, drive process improvement, and manage escalations.
* Oversee the process for transportation returns, ensuring efficient handling and resolution.
* Manage the process for carrier refusals, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Provide regular reports on returns and refusals, identifying key metrics and areas for improvement.
* Use data analysis to drive process improvements and reduce return and refusal rates.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-3 years of experience in Transportation related field.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
* Experience in Blue Yonder TMS (Transportation Management System).
