Job Title: Hydroforming Specialist

MCM Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced hydroforming specialist to join our team in a metalworking environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled hydroforming specialist to operate and maintain a hydroforming machine, a specialized piece of equipment used in metalworking processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydroforming and metalworking, with experience in operating and maintaining hydroforming machines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and Maintain Hydroforming Machines: The hydroforming specialist will be responsible for operating and maintaining a hydroforming machine, ensuring that it is in good working condition and that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Inspect and Test Parts: The hydroforming specialist will be responsible for inspecting and testing parts to ensure that they meet customer requirements.
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance: The hydroforming specialist will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on the hydroforming machine, including lubricating parts and performing routine checks.
  • Assist in Troubleshooting: The hydroforming specialist will be responsible for assisting in troubleshooting any issues that arise with the hydroforming machine.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: The hydroforming specialist will be responsible for collaborating with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: The hydroforming specialist must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Hydroforming: The hydroforming specialist must have at least 3 years of experience in hydroforming.
  • Experience in Metalworking: The hydroforming specialist must have experience in metalworking, including operating and maintaining metalworking machines.
  • Strong Communication Skills: The hydroforming specialist must have strong communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with team members and communicate with customers.
