We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Premier Health Consultants. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, patient-focused care to individuals of all ages, working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that each patient's unique needs and desires are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Order and execute various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to determine patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer and prescribe medications as necessary, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient records accurately and efficiently, facilitating billing processes and ensuring continuity of care.
- Master's Degree in Nursing.
- State Registered Nursing License and State Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License.
- Collaboration Agreement and CDS Controlled Substance License as applicable.
- Basic Life Support Certification and active medical board certification.
- Successful completion of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
The work environment is quiet to moderate, with occasional exposure to infectious or contagious diseases and electromechanical hazards. The ability to handle emergency and crisis situations is essential.
