Registered Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Beacon Brook Center for Health & Rehabilitation. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient conditions, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by a physician, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information, providing critical insights for healthcare professionals.
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Supervise and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care, fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:
- Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
