Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management
    • Monitor and enforce food safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and employees.
    • Work with leadership teams from multiple units to meet district sales goals and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
    • Execute company policies and procedures to maintain consistency across all locations.
  • Staff Management
    • Manage and oversee safe working conditions to prevent accidents and injuries.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of managerial staff.
    • Interview and suggest General Manager hires to ensure the right candidates are selected for the role.
  • Customer Service
    • Maintain fast, accurate service and provide top-notch customer service to every guest who visits our restaurants.
    • Ensure continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to meet customer expectations.
  • Financial Management
    • Maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs.
    • Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Education
    • College degree or equivalent experience in operations or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Four years of restaurant experience at a minimum, with a focus on supervising and managing staff.
  • Skills
    • Fluent English-speaking and writing skills.
    • Exhibit a sense of urgency and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
    • Able to lift 35 pounds to waist level.
    • Guest-friendly demeanor.
    • Willing to assume around-the-clock responsibility for restaurant operations.
    • Willing to work normal schedule of 50+ hours per week (all shifts).
    • ServSafe Certified.
    • Financial Reporting and/or P&L experience.
