About the Role:
This position plays a vital role in supporting the marketing team, with a primary focus on communications, coordination, tracking, metrics, and systems support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in writing and distributing marketing materials and emails.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate events and trade shows.
- Provide assistance for marketing webinars.
- Manage various projects and deliverables.
- Contribute to additional marketing projects as required.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient writing and editing abilities.
- Familiarity with email automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience with both in-person and virtual events (tradeshows, webinars).
- Ability to create and maintain a content calendar.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage budget expenses, including purchase order creation and invoice reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Technologically adept with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
