About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in culinary management, with a focus on high-volume production and catering. You will be responsible for managing cost controls, creating menus, and collaborating with the marketing and culinary teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Control Management: Develop and implement effective cost control strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Menu Planning and Creation: Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and create menus that meet the needs of our clients and adhere to quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Purchase and manage inventory to maintain efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Culinary Program Development: Contribute to the development of new culinary programs and drive business growth through collaboration with the marketing and culinary teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Culinary Education: A culinary degree is preferred but not required.
  • Culinary Experience: Three to five years of experience in culinary management, with a focus on high-volume production and catering.
  • Cost Control Expertise: Proven ability to manage cost controls and optimize financial performance.
  • Desire to Grow: A strong desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company like Flik Hospitality Group.
