In the role of Contact Center Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the contact center, ensuring that our members receive high-quality service. Your responsibilities will include managing team performance, fostering employee development, and updating departmental procedures and resources. You will also be tasked with resolving issues in accordance with established policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the contact center team to achieve performance goals.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff development.
- Maintain and enhance operational procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Address and resolve member inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D required; an associate degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience with direct reports.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.
- 2 years of experience in a call center supervisory position or as a branch supervisor in financial services.
- Ability to pass a background and credit check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation and Benefits:
O Bee Credit Union offers a competitive salary range of $58,984.01 to $88,476.02 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes fully paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, contributions towards dependent coverage, life insurance, long-term disability, wellness rewards, a 401(k) plan with a 4% match, and generous paid time off policies.
