Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage laboratory staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with laboratory management to develop and implement quality control and quality assurance programs.
- Provide technical expertise and training to laboratory staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
- Assist with test validations, regulatory compliance, and maintenance within the laboratory.
- Minimum of 3 years of hospital experience as a Medical Technologist.
- Certification as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist by an approved certifying agency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
- Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
