Job Title: Amazon Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to lead the management of our growing presence on Amazon. This individual will be responsible for overseeing both the front-end and back-end of our Amazon operations, from product listings to customer engagement, and driving sales growth through strategic management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Seller Central Management: Oversee all day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller Central, including inventory management, product listing updates, and fulfillment processes.
  • Product Listings Optimization: Craft and optimize high-performing product listings through strategic keyword research, engaging content, and enhanced imagery (A+ content).
  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels to avoid stock-outs and manage shipment plans with our warehouse team.
  • Amazon Advertising: Develop and manage Amazon PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns to drive sales and increase visibility for Deep Steep products.
  • Customer Engagement: Manage customer reviews, respond to queries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Promotion & Deal Setup: Plan and execute Amazon promotions, discounts, and Lightning Deals to boost traffic and conversions.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all products adhere to Amazon's guidelines and meet certifications for natural/organic product claims.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze performance metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates to make data-driven improvements and recommendations.
  • Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge in pricing and product strategy.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing an Amazon account, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, SEO, and PPC strategies.
  • Experience with managing large inventories and multiple SKUs.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and create actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with natural/organic product categories is a plus.
