  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate shipments and proper product coding.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors to resolve production-related issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and safety metrics.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; education beyond high school, including special training, vocational school, or college courses, is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to supervise a team of personnel performing similar tasks or activities.
  • Travel requirements: 1-5 trips per year.
