Developmental Specialist

Urban Strategies LLC is a leading provider of child and family services, dedicated to empowering individuals and communities to reach their full potential. As a Youth Care Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering high-quality services that promote the well-being and resilience of unaccompanied children (UCs).
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized plans to support the developmental needs of UCs
- Providing direct care and supervision to meet the physical and emotional needs of UCs
- Collaborating with other staff members to provide comprehensive services to UCs
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in early childhood education and a passion for working with diverse populations. A high school diploma or equivalent and 12 months of experience working with young people are required. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are also an asset.
The estimated salary for this role is $20.44 per hour, based on the location and industry standards. We offer a range of benefits, including medical and dental coverage, vision insurance, and paid time off.
