Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Records Specialist to join our team at Christus Health. This role is responsible for providing care to assigned patients that meets their physical, psychological, social, cultural, spiritual, and developmental needs.

About the Role
  • Assist the team leader in assessing the status of patients with simple health problems on admissions and on a continuing basis reporting changes in health status to the RN and/or Physician.
  • Contribute information to the plan of care and implement it under the direction of the RN and/or Physician and within the scope of practice.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Graduate from an accredited school of vocational nursing
  • Licensed as a LVN in Texas
  • BLS Certification required
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $$56,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
