Job Description:

Are you a motivated and forward-thinking sales professional looking for a challenging opportunity? At FIS, you'll have the chance to work on some of the most complex and relevant issues in financial services and technology.

We're seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our expert sales team, comprised of Enterprise Sales Professionals and Leadership. This team focuses on FIS's core and digital solutions for our largest clients within FIS.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for engaging with client executives at the C-suite level and FIS's Enterprise Account Management team. You'll also act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on FIS solutions and understand our clients' processes and needs.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Hunting' inside of FIS' top 150 accounts
  • Leading sales calls, analyzing data, preparing presentations, developing pricing, and structuring deals to help clients achieve their goals and grow the business for FIS
  • Collaborating with FIS sales and account management teams to generate leads and build pipeline

Requirements:

We're looking for a sales professional with 5-8 years of Enterprise Technology Sales experience, 5-8 years of experience within the Financial Services Technology industry, and experience calling on C-Suite and technology executives. You should also have excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

The pay range for this full-time position is $136,000.00 to $225,400.00, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
