Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager II to join our team at SCI Shared Resources LLC. As a Sales Manager II, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales counselors to achieve sales quotas, increase market share, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management and Leadership: Lead and develop a team of sales counselors to meet or exceed sales quotas and provide ongoing sales instruction to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Market Share: Develop marketing programs to increase market share and customer base, analyze competitor pricing, and plan community events to develop prospects.
  • Expense Management: Review pre-need contracts and at-need cemetery contracts for compliance, approve discounts, and prepare reports to demonstrate financial control.
  • Operations Support: Maintain marketing materials, training manuals, sales equipment, and sales supplies, and ensure sales programs and presentations conform to company policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure sales counselors follow the Code of Conduct, obtain proper licensure, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Sales experience not required, but sales counselor and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Licenses: Valid state driver's license with good driving record, insurance license as required by state law.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Working knowledge of Windows-based PC environment, MS office applications, and Customer Relationship Management systems.
Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $125,000 annualized targeted first year earnings. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, sick leave, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.
