- Step in as necessary to uphold guest service standards and maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all gaming machines and equipment are clean and functioning optimally.
- Assist in executing marketing initiatives, promotional events, and advertising campaigns for the casino.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations pertaining to health, safety, labor, and gaming.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of all sensitive information regarding guests, staff, and company resources.
- Be familiar with the operation of the security alarm system.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports for the Security and Human Resources departments.
- Ensure that team members adhere to directives from their supervisors while performing their duties.
- Manage staffing levels on the gaming floor and in dining services, making fair decisions regarding staffing adjustments based on business needs.
- Provide requested information to department heads, HR, or Security as needed.
- Continuously seek to support staff in all aspects of casino operations.
- Be well-versed in casino policies and advise management on any violations of company rules and procedures.
- Address customer complaints and work towards effective resolutions.
- Participate in required meetings and training sessions.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in casino operations, particularly in slot management, is essential.
Language Skills:
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
Mathematical Skills:
- Strong mathematical abilities; capable of accurately handling cash transactions.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Outgoing and approachable demeanor, able to engage with both regular and new guests.
- Solid understanding of gaming operations, particularly slots.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve conflicts and customer concerns.
- Must possess clear and informative writing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, including cash handling and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, both on and off duty.
Reasoning Skills:
- Effectively manage challenging customer interactions, aiming to de-escalate situations when possible.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Encourage customer feedback to enhance service quality.

Technical Skills:

Certifications:

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Capable of using office equipment such as keyboards and calculators.
- Must be able to navigate the casino and operational areas effectively.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to reach, bend, stretch, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a noisy and smoky casino environment.
