The Center collaborates with child welfare leaders to advocate for data-driven, best practices in recruitment, ultimately aiming to improve the safety and well-being of children and families engaged with the foster care system. It serves as a knowledge hub, showcasing successful practices and outcomes achieved through its initiatives.
Role Responsibilities:
NAA is looking to hire multiple Recruitment Advisors who will report to the Director of Intensive Technical Assistance. These Advisors will provide tailored technical support through both onsite and virtual engagements, addressing the unique needs of each jurisdiction. They will play a crucial role in helping systems navigate challenges to implement effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- A master's degree in social work, nonprofit management, public administration, or a related field is preferred; however, a bachelor's degree with substantial experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in public child welfare is required.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience is essential.
- Proven expertise in technical assistance delivery and capacity-building methodologies.
- Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
- Ability to travel for onsite support as needed.

Additional Information:
