Lighting Sales Professional

Job Summary:
An Outdoor Lighting Perspectives sales associate will design, demonstrate, and sell low-voltage lighting systems during scheduled day and evening hours. Pre-qualified sales leads are set up for appointments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducting on-site lighting demonstrations at customers' residences, lasting approximately 90 minutes each.
- Understanding and recognizing the value in the product and process being sold to homeowners.
- Sitting down with customers to discuss the sales process, providing an overview of the company, re-qualifying customer needs, and setting up lighting design with a demonstration kit.
- Preparing a proposal for the demonstrated design and closing the sale.
- Re-visiting customers within 3 days of installation to perform a nighttime adjustment and ensure satisfaction or recommend additional lighting.
- Ability to conduct nighttime demonstrations at least 2-3 nights per week, including Fridays if necessary.
- Having a driver's license with a clean driving record and owning a neat and clean vehicle for sales calls and demonstration kit transport.

- Comfortable speaking with all levels of clientele.
- Ability to follow the sales process.
- Some sales experience is helpful.
- Proven closing ability.
- Effective communication with the team.
- Attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Some computer skills.
Compensation:
$60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year.
