Job Description

Spectrum Water Technology is seeking a Treatment Process Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing water treatment processes, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement water treatment processes to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including procedures, protocols, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with project leaders and supervisors to develop and implement process improvements that enhance water quality and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, including those related to chemical handling and storage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., environmental science, engineering, or biology).
  • At least 2 years of experience in wastewater treatment operations and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation:

  • $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
