Title Processor

This position is responsible for processing titles and registrations from recreational vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with PennDOT regulations and maintaining accurate records.

• Process and send deals to banks for funding, ensuring timely completion and minimizing delays.
• Complete all Pennsylvania state titling and registration work, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
• Comply with PennDOT license plate storage and tracking requirements, maintaining a secure and organized environment.
• Remit back-end products as needed, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Manage titling and registration supplies, maintaining an adequate inventory and ordering as necessary.
• Process deal and/or title discrepancies after the sale, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Alert Sales and Finance Manager of any delay in fundings, ensuring prompt communication and resolution.
• Scan completed deals into EverLogic, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
• Register manufacture warranties, ensuring customers receive the necessary support and protection.
• Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
