Imaging and Scanning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Imaging and Scanning Specialist to join our team at Ricoh Americas Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by operating high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, mailing, and bindery equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, mailing, and bindery equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform associated copying tasks, including scanning, imaging, and document management.
- Ship and receive product and supplies, and maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.
- Sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, and apply necessary postage.
- Provide copier maintenance and repair services to customer site equipment.
- Perform various building support functions, including meeting setup and light maintenance.
- May perform bindery, QC, and final check, housekeeping, hospitality, file services, call center representative, and reception duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of related work experience preferred.
- Some related copy job experience is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage may be required.
- Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
This role requires frequent exposure to copier/fax machine noise, toner, and changes in room temperature. May be exposed to various weather conditions when walking between buildings. Makes daily telephone/in-person contact with customers, employees, managers, and/or Dispatch Department. Dealing with tight deadlines and quick turnaround times imposes high stress levels. Some physical effort is required, including long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing, or similar activities, as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 lbs. and pushing or pulling machines on wheels, which may weigh up to 400 lbs.
