The CT Technologist is a vital member of our diagnostic team, responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by physicians. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform CT scans and other imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them for optimal imaging.
- Operate CT scanners and other equipment to produce high-quality images.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and results.
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
- ARRT registered; CT Certification or acquired within 6 months.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, current.
- 1-3 years minimum CT experience.
