Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality assurance operations for manufacturing facilities that provide components across various sectors, including automotive.
- Establish and refine processes pertaining to product quality assurance.
- Ensure uniformity in quality systems and methodologies across all sites.
- Regularly assess quality metrics to track advancement towards objectives.
- Lead initiatives in addressing quality-related challenges and concerns.
- Collaborate with various departments to guarantee adherence to regulations and quality standards.
- Assess the efficiency of quality processes and promote ongoing enhancements.
- Initiate quality enhancement initiatives to foster business development.
- Assist plant Quality Managers with customer-focused quality challenges.
- Support multiple departments during product innovation and client engagements.
- Conduct annual evaluations of Quality Systems and Programs on-site.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management is mandatory.
- Over 10 years of experience in Quality, with multi-site oversight being advantageous.
- Experience in root cause analysis is essential.
- Expertise in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies is required.
- Familiarity with international cultures and practices is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel internationally, potentially up to 50% of the time.
