NOW HIRING TECHNOLOGY ENRICHMENT INSTRUCTOR

Are you enthusiastic about Video Games, Coding, Python, RobloxTM, App Development, Digital Filmmaking, Robotics, Drones, MinecraftTM, or STEM education?

We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and skilled individuals to serve as Lead Instructors in our after-school programs. Lead Instructors will guide students through our exceptional project-based learning curriculum, helping them acquire new technology skills in coding, Minecraft, ROBLOX, video editing, game design, and more.

  • Commitment for the full academic year in 10-week sessions, with opportunities for extension into subsequent seasons.
  • Gain hands-on technology experience with enthusiastic students.
  • Compensated training provided.
  • No formal teaching experience is necessary, although prior teaching experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in technology or education is preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Availability required after school hours (approximately 2:00 - 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday, with a commitment of three to four days per week.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess significant experience working with children aged 8-14 or in technology; both experiences are advantageous.
  • Experience in an educational setting with children is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable managing teacher-to-student ratios of 12:1.
  • Strong technology skills are preferred, including backgrounds in 3D modeling, digital arts, coding, game creation or design, animation, robotics, video editing, competitive gaming, etc., or substantial knowledge of Minecraft or Roblox, including modding or streaming.

Additional Information:

  • This is a part-time, hourly position focused on after-school hours.
  • Compensation ranges from $18/hr to $25/hr.
  • Paid training is included.
