About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work as Lead Instructors in our after school programs. As a Lead Instructor, you will guide students through our world-class project-based learning curriculum to learn new technology skills in coding, Minecraft, ROBLOX, video editing, game design, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead students through project-based learning activities in a fun and engaging environment
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students with varying skill levels
  • Provide individualized support and feedback to students to ensure they are meeting their learning goals
  • Collaborate with other instructors to develop and implement curriculum
  • Communicate effectively with parents and school administrators to ensure a smooth and successful program
Requirements
  • Experience working with technology or in an educational setting is preferred
  • Reliable transportation throughout the school district is required
  • Must be available after school hours (approximately 2:00 - 5:00 PM), Monday through Thursday
  • Lead Instructors must be at least 21 years of age and have experience working with children ages 8-14 and/or technology
  • Experience with children in an educational setting is preferred but not required
  • Comfortable working with teacher-to-student ratios of 12:1
  • Strong technology skills are preferred, such as a background in 3D modeling, digital arts, coding, game creation or design, animation, robotics, modifying games, video editing, competitive gaming, etc. or significant knowledge of Minecraft or ROBLOX, including modding or streaming
