Job Description:

At Walgreens, we're committed to helping our customers and patients achieve their health and wellness goals. As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our pharmacists in providing accurate and efficient medication dispensing services.

Responsibilities:

Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, including counting, measuring, and labeling medications.

Operate pharmacy systems, including cash registers and inventory management software.

Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

6 months of experience in a retail environment preferred.

PTCB certification preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
