Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Sales Leader

Oracle is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Sales Leader to join our team. As a Cloud Infrastructure Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading and working with a team of Commercial Named Cloud Infrastructure sales representatives to drive new and expansion purchases of cloud infrastructure workloads.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a team of strategic Cloud Infrastructure Sales Representatives, including recruiting, hiring, and training on the Oracle sales process.
  • Be an enthusiastic, high-energy, and motivational Leader, who is passionate and capable of inspiring the internal sales team and customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Generate and achieve monthly territory forecasts while accurately predicting revenue on a monthly basis.
  • Handle the overall responsibility for commercial sales, third-party alliances, and customer satisfaction surrounding Oracle's growing Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Services portfolio.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that improves Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines.
  • Sell and promote the sales of Oracle products to customers, including negotiating price, other concessions, and terms and conditions of the sale.
  • Assist in the development of short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives, regularly interacting across functional areas with Senior Management or Executives to ensure unit objectives are met.
  • Experienced partnering with elite Systems Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte) to align and inspire strategic project plans and services-led cases.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading and handling technology sales professionals and supporting functions such as inside sales, pre-sales engineers, cloud, marketing, and channels.
  • Ability to hire and train top talent, new sales representatives.
  • Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues, customer priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Public speaking proficiency with a desire to train others and continue to explore and learn.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience selling Public Cloud Infrastructure or strongly related services at other cloud-based companies.
  • Experience selling outsourcing solutions or services to Vertical Industries.
  • Expert understanding and the ability to effectively evangelize multiple cloud adoption patterns, including Hybrid, Data Center, and Application Modernization, re-platforming, Cloud Native, Web-scale, and High-Availability.
  • B.S. or B.A. from a major university – engineering or computer science preferred.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $115,000 to $232,300 per annum.
  • Eligible for equity and compensation deferral.
  • Estimated pay mix of 45/55.
