About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Innovation Engineering Manager to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing new technologies to enhance our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and develop actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to inform employees about changes and promote understanding of the benefits.
  • Provide training and support to manufacturing teams on new processes and technologies.
  • Monitor and track the progress of process improvements and identify opportunities for further improvement.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and technology implementation.
  • Proven experience in driving change and implementing process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and industry 4.0 principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
