Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent training and experience
  • 8-10 years of experience in the automotive industry with hands-on experience in assembly processes, tooling, and equipment
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Project/Program Management
  • Working knowledge of just-in-time assembly and sequencing, time studies, line balancing, and throughput analysis
  • Well-versed in PFMEA, red rabbit, and error proofing methodologies
