About the Role:

Niagara Bottling is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Innovation Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing organization, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, maintaining, and repairing plant equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish standards and policies for operating procedures and inspection of maintenance equipment.
  • Collaborate with plant SMEs, HQ project teams, and OEMs to identify opportunities to improve the speed of adoption for capital projects.
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements and technology integrations.
  • Provide training and support to manufacturing teams on new processes, technologies, and best practices.
  • Monitor and track the progress of 'Lighthouse' initiatives being adopted across sister facilities.

Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 6 years of experience in a position.
  • 6 years of experience managing people/projects.
  • Proven experience driving change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in process optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 10+ years of experience working in a position.
  • 10+ years of experience managing people/projects.
