Position Overview:
As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance essential IT operations for various clients. Your expertise in creating efficient solutions will enable the swift delivery of optimal operational data. Booz Allen Hamilton stands at the forefront of AI services, and we seek a DevOps engineer proficient in AIOps, ML Ops, model ops, and data ops to assist in developing tools that empower users.

Your Role:
In this capacity, you will focus on optimizing IT operations to boost platform efficiency. You will be responsible for automating operational workflows at an advanced level. This position offers a chance to deepen your experience in AIOps while addressing some of the most challenging issues faced globally.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with containerization and orchestration platforms, such as Kubernetes or Docker.
  • At least 2 years of experience in DevOps and automation frameworks, including Ansible, Jenkins, or Terraform.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Service Providers, particularly AWS or Azure, along with their associated services and tools.
  • Proficient in UNIX and Linux development, including bash scripting.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Experience with Git technologies.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C/C++.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Clearance Requirements:
Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
