This is a remote position as an Senior Agile Program Manager with SAFe experience to facilitate the client's ARTs and Solution Train processes.
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Agile release trains (ARTs) for high-priority IT / Business objectives, focusing on data lake, data visualizations, and business applications of the data.
The ideal candidate will ensure the success of Agile release trains by communicating effectively with stakeholders, enhancing project infrastructure, and facilitating efficient delivery.
Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and team leads to ensure alignment, resolve bottlenecks, and facilitate dependencies between teams.
The successful candidate will identify, communicate, and remove obstacles hindering ART progress, escalating issues when necessary.
Additionally, they will track and report on program progress, key performance indicators, and delivery timelines to stakeholders.
We also expect the candidate to conduct retrospectives, gather feedback, and implement changes to improve team effectiveness and quality.
Requirements- Pharma experience preferably in R&D or clinical
- 5-10 Years Agile Project Management Experience
- Agile/Scrum Certifications
- Deep understanding of SAFe agile frameworks, communication skills, problem-solving, critical thinking
