Job Title: Senior Principal Vulnerability Researcher Lead

RTX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Vulnerability Researcher Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Research Center, you will be responsible for leading a team of vulnerability researchers in analyzing systems to understand how they work and how they behave when they break.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of vulnerability researchers in analyzing systems to understand how they work and how they behave when they break.
  • Develop and execute plans to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in complex software systems.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in vulnerability research and exploit mitigation techniques.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in vulnerability research and exploit development.
  • Strong Windows kernel experience and extensive experience with vulnerability research.
  • Top Secret SCI w/polygraph clearance.
  • Desired skills include understanding of OS internals, experience delivering CNO capabilities, and experience using reverse engineering tools.
