About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a key member of our direct care team, you will work with adults experiencing mental health crises, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check and maintain a valid Oregon driver's license
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling up to 40 pounds
