Bartender Job Description

Pine Mountain Lake Association is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the backbar and surrounding areas.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and drink offerings.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
