Restaurant Mixologist

Serenite Hospitality is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of premium beverages to our discerning guests.

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, beers, and wines to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Upsell premium drinks and menu items to guests, promoting our restaurant's offerings
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, maintaining a high level of financial integrity
• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and a memorable dining experience for guests

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant setting
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques, with a focus on premium spirits and craft cocktails
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
