Job Summary

As a Chief Radiation Therapist at Olympic Medical Center, you will oversee staff in assigned patient care areas, ensuring high-quality care for patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create a system of quality healthcare and coordinate patient services and departmental functions.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff in assigned patient care areas
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a system of quality healthcare
  • Coordinate patient services and departmental functions
  • Project an image of professionalism in communication, appearance, and conduct
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or 3 years oncology experience in lieu of degree, preferred
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school for therapeutic radiologic technology, preferred
  • Two years supervisory experience, preferred
  • Knowledge of Radiation Oncology billing practices, preferred
