Multisystemic Therapy Team (Models: Multisystemic Therapy):
- Locations: Various regions
- Actively engage caregivers and other essential participants in transformative, goal-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming obstacles to progress.
- Foster growth within the entire family unit to empower them to resolve their own challenges.
- Collaborate with families, allowing them to take the lead in establishing treatment objectives.
- Keep youth in their homes, minimizing safety risks and potential legal issues.
- The MST treatment model is an ecological therapeutic intervention for youth aged 12-17 exhibiting high-risk behaviors, including substance use, running away, and truancy.
- MST therapists partner with families, youth, and other key figures in their environment to empower families to tackle challenging behaviors and achieve lasting change.
- Maintain a manageable caseload of 4-6 families.
- Quarterly MST training to maintain and enhance competency.
Family Wellness and Trauma Specialist Teams (Models: TF-CBT, TST)
- Engage caregivers facing complex challenges affecting their children's well-being and safety.
- Focus on enhancing child safety and aiding children in healing from trauma.
- Provide two-generation trauma treatment utilizing evidence-based practices.

Child First Developmental Team (Model: CPP)
- Assist caregivers in understanding typical developmental challenges and expectations.
- Enhance caregivers' ability to reflect on the emotions and meanings driving a child's behavior.
- Support caregivers in problem-solving.
- Help caregivers recognize the psychodynamic relationship between their feelings, history, and responses to the child. The clinician also provides consultation to educators in early care and education settings as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- MSW or other Master's degree in a related field (Bachelors with extensive experience considered on a case-by-case basis).
- DORA registration as licensed or candidate for LPC (LPCC), LCSW (SWC), LMFT (LMFTC), or NLC licensure.
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination record.
