Starting without a Master's degree: $47,000 (Bilingual $52,000)

Starting with a Master's degree/candidacy (LPCC, SWC, MFTC): $57,000 (Bilingual $62,000)

Starting Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $60,000 (Bilingual $65,000)

** Supervision towards professional licensure is included in this position.

Multisystemic Therapy Team (Models: Multisystemic Therapy):
- Locations: Various regions

- Actively engage caregivers and other essential participants in transformative, goal-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming obstacles to progress.

- Foster growth within the entire family unit to empower them to resolve their own challenges.

- Collaborate with families, allowing them to take the lead in establishing treatment objectives.

- Keep youth in their homes, minimizing safety risks and potential legal issues.

- The MST treatment model is an ecological therapeutic intervention for youth aged 12-17 exhibiting high-risk behaviors, including substance use, running away, and truancy.

- MST therapists partner with families, youth, and other key figures in their environment to empower families to tackle challenging behaviors and achieve lasting change.

- Maintain a manageable caseload of 4-6 families.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • MSW or other Master's degree in a related field (Bachelors with extensive experience considered on a case-by-case basis).
