City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a driven sales professional to join our team. If you have a proven track record of success in outside B2B sales and are passionate about building strong relationships with clients, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive in our CBS Division, you will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, and qualifying potential clients. You will manage the sales process from lead generation to close, utilizing our CRM system to capture and enter all customer information. Your goal will be to win new clients by overcoming objections and preparing compelling proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients
  • Manage the sales process, including scheduling appointments and creating proposals
  • Win new clients by overcoming objections and preparing appealing proposals
  • Utilize and manage our CRM system to capture and enter all customer information
  • Manage projects sold to ensure completion of scope of work through independent contractors
Requirements
  • 2+ years outside B2B sales experience (construction industry preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales
  • Project or construction management experience preferred
  • Organized within a defined sales process with an ability to move clients from prospect to close
  • Experience within a short sales cycle with strong closing skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems
  • Prior sales training
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meeting
