Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record vital information from new residents, including temperature and vitals.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring the highest level of care.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting resident comfort and well-being.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensure they are providing excellent care.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as dressing and personal hygiene.
  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Valid NY State LPN license.
  • Ability to work as a team member, providing exceptional care and support.
